Shipping Policy
When will you start shipping plants?
Shipping is coming soon. Some plants will be available for shipping depending on the season and how well they travel. Not every plant likes long trips and we are not about sending sad plants.

Where do you ship?
We will start shipping within the United States. Some plants may have restrictions based on agricultural rules in certain states. We will let you know if anything cannot ship to your area.
How are plants packed?
Each plant is packed by hand using compostable or recyclable materials whenever possible. We do everything we can to make sure your plant arrives healthy and ready to grow. A little soil shifting or slight droopiness in transit is normal. Give your new plant a good drink of water and a little sunlight and it should perk right up.
When will my order ship?
We ship early in the week, usually Monday through Wednesday, to avoid plants sitting in a warehouse over the weekend. You will get a tracking number once your order is on its way.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
If something looks seriously wrong when your plant arrives, send us an email at grow@nomadnursery.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include a photo and a quick note about what happened. We review things on a case-by-case basis and will offer a replacement or refund if needed.
Do you guarantee plants after they arrive?
We guarantee your plants leave our hands healthy and ready for their new home. After delivery, they are your responsibility. Weather, watering, pets, and forgotten porch packages are out of our control. We cannot guarantee plant survival after delivery but we are always happy to offer advice if your new plant needs a little extra help settling in.
